Roles: Main user, accounting user
- Your TVS accounts (one clearing or credit year account and one or more investment accounts, if applicable) are displayed here.
- The tile displays the account name, a balance preview (account balance including all supplier invoices already received) and the balance according to the last TVS invoicing. If you have several TVS accounts, you can switch to another account using the tabs above the tile.
- The corresponding account movements (with date, type of account movement, amount, account balance and download) are listed below the tile (for the selected account). If the download icon is available for an account movement, the associated PDF document can be downloaded and viewed.
- A search field can be opened via the magnifying glass symbol (1st icon on the right directly above the account movement list). As soon as you enter a search argument (text), only those lines that contain the search argument in the account movement are shown in the list.
- A filter dialog is displayed via the filter symbol (2nd icon on the right directly above the account transactions list). Here you can set a date filter and/or amount filter for the list of account movements and thus restrict the list of account movements.
Each filter set (including the initially set “Period: last 60 days”) is displayed as a green chip between the tile and the list. Each of these filter chips can be deactivated directly with the attached X symbol, the account movement list is then updated immediately.
