Since our last newsletter in fall 2022, the VETdata digital platform for veterinarians has once again seen a lot of changes and we have been able to record a good number of newly registered veterinary practices as well as a significant increase in the number of connected suppliers. We have also implemented a new functionality with regard to the choice of delivery form for receipts.
Around 430 practices are currently registered with VETdata and the number is growing daily. If you are not yet registered, now is the time to register at https://app.vetdata.ch/registration. The basic version of VETdata is free of charge for TVS customers.
We have reached more than 60% of the connected suppliers’ invoices and credit notes billed via TVS and we are working flat out to connect the other suppliers who are not yet connected to VETdata. Since the last information, further suppliers have successfully connected to VETdata and you can now also find their invoices and credit notes digitally on the VETdata portal:

! New: Functionality regarding the delivery form of documents (TVS and supplier invoices)
You can now also select in VETdata (Settings and users – Function settings) the form in which you would like to receive documents (TVS or suppliers) in future. You have the option of switching to fully digital delivery or (partially) selecting paper delivery. If you do not make any changes, the form of delivery will remain as before. The changeover will take place immediately for TVS and gradually for suppliers as soon as they have set up the data reconciliation for the delivery method.
Take advantage of the new possibilities of VETdata. It’s worth it.
