Access for practice groups consists of two main variants. On the one hand, we have created a portal that allows centralized access to the logins of the individual veterinary practices and, on the other hand, we offer a new interface that enables automated data retrieval from all activated veterinary practices.
Portal for practice groups
Invoices
The portal allows you to search, filter and display invoice and credit note details across groups under the “Invoices” menu item. The invoices can also be “expanded” to display the item details.
It is also possible to export the invoices/credit notes displayed to an XML or CSV file with all item details. This makes it easy to create individual evaluations or to transfer the data to other systems.
Participants
The “Participants” menu item contains an overview of the activated VETdata participants. By clicking on the symbol
to access the view as the main user of this subscriber has it and can thus easily navigate as the main user of this subscriber.
Settings
In the settings, you can create an unlimited number of additional practice group users who either have administration rights or read-only rights.

General information
These options offer considerable potential for optimization at a cost-effective rate.
We will be happy to open a corresponding access for your practice group. The prerequisite for this is that the individual practices are owned by the corresponding practice group.
We also need to know which variant you would like and how the cost allocation should be structured.
