Roles: Main user, TPA user, user with upload documents
- One or more files (documents) can be uploaded to the document archive via this dialog.
- Files (e.g. from the File Explorer) can be dragged and dropped into the first field File name , creating one line per file. Alternatively, one or more files can be selected for upload via a dialog by clicking in this field or the “Select file” button.
- This type of file to be uploaded can be defined in the Document type column (note: “Accounting document” can no longer be deleted in the document archive for reasons of revision security).
- In the Keywords column, keywords can be defined as free text for the file to be uploaded. Each keyword already used is listed in a suggestion list when text is entered and can be adopted from there with a mouse click. Each entered or selected keyword is displayed as a chip in the keyword field and can also be removed again as a document keyword via the X icon if required
- Click on the “Start upload” button to upload the listed files to the document archive.
