Access for practice groups consists of two main variants. On the one hand, we have created a portal<\/strong> that allows centralized<\/strong> access<\/strong> to the logins of the individual veterinary practices<\/strong> and, on the other hand, we offer a new interface that enables automated data retrieval<\/strong> from all activated veterinary practices. <\/p>\n\n

Portal for practice groups<\/h2>\n\n

Invoices<\/h3>\n\n

The portal allows you to search<\/strong>, filter and display invoice and credit note details across groups<\/strong> under the “Invoices<\/strong>” menu item. The invoices can also be “expanded” to display the item details. <\/p>\n\n

It is also possible to export<\/strong> the invoices\/credit notes displayed to an XML or CSV file<\/strong> with all item details<\/strong>. This makes it easy to create individual evaluations or to transfer the data to other systems. <\/p>\n\n

The “Participants” menu item contains an overview of the activated VETdata participants. <\/strong>By clicking on the symbol <\/p>\n\n

to access the view as the main user of this subscriber has it<\/strong> and can thus easily navigate as the main user of this subscriber.<\/p>\n\n

Settings<\/h3>\n\n

In the settings, you can create an unlimited number of additional practice group users<\/strong> who either have administration rights or read-only rights.<\/p>\n\n

These options offer considerable potential for optimization at a cost-effective rate<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

We will be happy to open a corresponding access for your practice group. The prerequisite for this is that the individual practices are owned by the corresponding practice group. <\/p>\n\n

We also need to know which variant you would like and how the cost allocation should be structured.<\/p>\n\n
