The list can be sorted by the corresponding attribute by clicking on the column title. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following <strong>actions <\/strong>are possible per document via the burger menu (for the role &#8220;reading user&#8221; only download):<br \/><strong>Edit<\/strong>: the <em>document name <\/em>and the <em>keywords <\/em>of the document can be adjusted<br \/><strong>Delete<\/strong>: a self-uploaded document can be deleted<br \/><strong>Download<\/strong>: Download the document (also possible directly via the download icon in the document line)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A search field can be opened via the <strong>magnifying glass symbol <\/strong>(1st icon on the right directly above the document list). As soon as you enter a search argument (text), only those lines that contain the search argument in the <em>document name <\/em>or <em>keywords <\/em>are shown in the list. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A filter dialog is displayed via the <strong>filter symbol <\/strong>(2nd icon on the right directly above the document list). Here you can set a <em>document type<\/em>, <em>file type<\/em> and <em>date filter<\/em> for the document list and thus restrict the document list.<br \/>Each set filter (including the initially set &#8220;Period: last 365 days&#8221;) is displayed above the list as a green chip. Each of these filter chips can be deactivated directly with the attached X symbol, the document list is then updated immediately.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>all
