Alternatively, one or more files can be selected for upload via a dialog by clicking in this field or the &#8220;Select file&#8221; button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This type of file to be uploaded can be defined in the <strong>Document type <\/strong>column (note: &#8220;Accounting document&#8221; can no longer be deleted in the document archive for reasons of revision security).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Keywords column, keywords can be defined as free text for the file to be uploaded. Each keyword already used is listed in a suggestion list when text is entered and can be adopted from there with a mouse click. Each entered or selected keyword is displayed as a chip in the keyword field and can also be removed again as a document keyword via the X icon if required   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the
