- All your self-uploaded documents as well as the automatically added TVS documents and supplier invoices are listed here.
- The columns Date, Document name, Keywords, Created by, Document type, File type, Download and Action (burger menu) are displayed for each document. The list can be sorted by the corresponding attribute by clicking on the column title.
- The following actions are possible per document via the burger menu (for the role “reading user” only download):
Edit: the document name and the keywords of the document can be adjusted
Delete: a self-uploaded document can be deleted
Download: Download the document (also possible directly via the download icon in the document line) - A search field can be opened via the magnifying glass symbol (1st icon on the right directly above the document list). As soon as you enter a search argument (text), only those lines that contain the search argument in the document name or keywords are shown in the list.
- A filter dialog is displayed via the filter symbol (2nd icon on the right directly above the document list). Here you can set a document type, file type and date filter for the document list and thus restrict the document list.
Each set filter (including the initially set “Period: last 365 days”) is displayed above the list as a green chip. Each of these filter chips can be deactivated directly with the attached X symbol, the document list is then updated immediately.
