The VETdata data platform has established itself and continues to enjoy great popularity. Almost all TVS suppliers are now integrated, meaning that in addition to TVS documents, over 96% of all supplier invoices and credit notes are available to you on VETdata on an ongoing basis.
This means that VETdata not only offers you a practical reference tool, but also a digital archive for your supplier documents and TVS receipts.
Your advantages of VETdata at a glance:
- Download copies of invoices
In your user account, you will find all TVS receipts and supplier invoices clearly arranged and can download them as PDFs or view them digitally at any time. This is also very helpful for pharmacy inspections by the veterinary authorities. - Everything centralized in one place
You can find supplier invoices and TVS documents collected on one platform – neatly structured and easy to find. This allows you to optimize your invoice filing. - Retention of receipts
The available receipts in VETdata (TVS receipts, supplier invoices and credit notes as well as your own uploaded documents) are stored digitally by VETdata. This means that physical copies no longer need to be collected and stored. - No more paper archive required
Thanks to the digital provision of receipts, you no longer need physical copies of invoices. This saves space, time and administrative effort. You can adjust the desired delivery method for the individual receipt types in the settings. - Possibility to upload your own documents
You have the option of uploading your own documents and tagging them with keywords. This allows you to complete the archive and, for example, upload invoices from suppliers not yet connected to VETdata. - Possibility to automatically send digital documents to your own e-mail address
In the VETdata settings, you have the option to specify that you are immediately informed of new receipts by e-mail with a corresponding attachment. This allows you to be informed about new incoming documents on an ongoing basis or, if necessary, to automatically forward the documents internally.
Setting the delivery type for TVS and supplier documents
Under the menu item “Settings and users ” https://app.vetdata.ch/einstellungen you can customize the delivery form of the documents for both TVS documents and supplier invoices/credit notes:
If you do not make any changes, the delivery method will remain as before. The changeover will take place
By switching to the centralized digital delivery of receipts, you not only contribute to sustainability and the reduction of paper consumption, but you can also avoid receiving receipts via various channels and having to laboriously collect them. With VETdata, the receipts from all suppliers are available to you centrally in one place. You do not have to sign an additional agreement with any of the suppliers regarding the digital delivery of invoice copies.
